By booking a service with Bangalore Service Centre you agree to the terms below.

Independent service provider

Bangalore Service Centre is an independent multi-brand appliance repair service operating in Bengaluru. We are not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the products we repair.

Service visits and charges

A visit and inspection charge applies for every doorstep diagnosis and is payable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair. Repair and spare part costs are shared with you before the work begins and are payable on completion.

Warranty

Warranty is provided on the repair work carried out and on spare parts supplied by us. The applicable period is stated on your service invoice. Warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical damage, water or power surge damage, or work done by another party after our visit.

Appointments

Visit slots are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled. Please ensure an adult is present at the service address with access to the appliance, water supply and power.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service charge paid for the specific job. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our technician.
